Cancellation policy

At Ciggi’s Collection, each product is made and packed with care. Because many of our items are printed to order, we want to make sure you understand how cancellations and changes work before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet entered production or been shipped.

• Once an order has been printed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Subscription Cancellations:

• You can cancel your Postcard Club subscription at any time through your account settings.

• If you cancel after your monthly charge has been processed, your current month’s postcard will still be shipped, and your cancellation will take effect the following month.
